You describe what you hear or see, where, and for how long. You are connected with a provider serving your area.
Inspect
The technician checks the attic, roofline, crawl space and yard to find the rodent, its runways and the openings.
Trap and seal
Traps go on the runways, then openings get sealed with metal, mesh and mortar once activity drops.
Confirm
Follow-up checks confirm empty traps and no fresh droppings. Cleanup follows if needed.
What to expect on the call
Tell the provider whether you think it is rats or mice, where the activity is, how long it has been going on and what kind of building it is. They can explain what a visit involves, when they can come, and how they price the work. Same-day appointments are often available.
What a thorough job includes
A job that lasts covers inspection, trapping on the runways, sealing every opening with materials rodents cannot chew, and follow-up until the activity stops.
